Purchases must be completed through approved payment methods available on the website.

শর্তাবলী

১. ভূমিকা

Admission Tech ওয়েবসাইট এবং এর সেবা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন। আপনি যদি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত না হন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করবেন না।

২. আমাদের সেবা

Admission Tech শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য ভর্তি তথ্য, প্রশ্নব্যাংক, মডেল টেস্ট, কাউন্সেলিং, বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় তুলনা এবং অন্যান্য ডিজিটাল শিক্ষাসেবা প্রদান করে।

  • ভর্তি প্রস্তুতি ও তথ্য সহায়তা
  • Question Bank, PDF এবং E-Book অ্যাক্সেস
  • Model Test, result review এবং practice feature
  • Admission counseling এবং student support

৩. অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন

কিছু সেবা ব্যবহার করার জন্য আপনাকে অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হতে পারে। নিবন্ধনের সময় সঠিক, বর্তমান এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করার দায়িত্ব আপনার। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা রক্ষা করাও আপনার দায়িত্ব।

৪. ক্রয়, পেমেন্ট এবং ব্যবহার

  • ওয়েবসাইটে অনুমোদিত payment method ব্যবহার করে ক্রয় সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
  • ক্রয়কৃত digital product বা service Admission Tech প্ল্যাটফর্মের মধ্যেই ব্যবহারের জন্য।
  • Content, PDF, model test access বা service অন্য কোথাও resale, copy বা unauthorized sharing করা যাবে না।
  • সফল ক্রয়ের পর নির্দিষ্ট product বা service আপনার account বা access flow অনুযায়ী ব্যবহারযোগ্য হবে।

৫. Refund এবং Return Policy

  • Digital product: PDF, E-Book বা downloadable content একবার access/download হলে সাধারণত refund প্রদান করা হয় না।
  • Service: কাউন্সেলিং বা অন্য কোনো service শুরু হলে বা schedule নিশ্চিত হলে refund সীমিত হতে পারে।
  • Physical product: যদি ভবিষ্যতে physical product দেওয়া হয়, return condition আলাদা করে জানানো হবে।
  • যদি কোনো refund প্রযোজ্য হয়, processing সম্পন্ন হতে সর্বোচ্চ ১৪ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।

৬. Delivery Policy

Digital product সাধারণত instant অথবা অল্প সময়ের মধ্যে account/download area-তে পাওয়া যায়। কোনো technical issue হলে আমাদের support team-এ যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

৭. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব

আপনি Admission Tech ব্যবহার করার সময় আইনসম্মত, নৈতিক এবং শিক্ষামূলক উদ্দেশ্যে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করবেন। অন্যের account ব্যবহার, payment misuse, content scraping, hacking attempt বা system abuse নিষিদ্ধ।

৮. তথ্যের নির্ভুলতা ও দায়বদ্ধতা

আমরা তথ্য যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুল রাখার চেষ্টা করি। তবে admission circular, university information, fee, subject list বা schedule সময়ের সাথে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার আগে official source যাচাই করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

৯. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

Admission Tech প্রয়োজনে এই শর্তাবলী আপডেট করতে পারে। পরিবর্তন এই পেইজে প্রকাশ করা হবে। ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে আপডেটেড শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি দেওয়া হয়েছে বলে গণ্য হবে।

1. Introduction

By accessing or using Admission Tech and its services, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Services Offered

Admission Tech provides educational and admission preparation services, including question banks, model tests, university information, counseling, comparison tools and digital learning resources.

3. Account Registration

Some services may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep your login details secure.

4. Purchase and Use

  • Purchases must be made through approved payment methods on the website.
  • Purchased digital products and services are for use within Admission Tech only.
  • You may not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape or misuse platform content.
  • Access will be provided according to the product or service purchased.

5. Refund and Return Policy

  • Digital products: Downloaded or accessed PDFs, E-Books and digital content are generally non-refundable.
  • Services: Once a counseling session or service has started or been confirmed, refunds may be limited.
  • Physical products: If offered in the future, return conditions will be stated separately.
  • Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

6. Delivery Policy

Digital products are normally available instantly or within a short period through your account or download area. Contact support if you face an access issue.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the platform for illegal, unauthorized or abusive activities, including content copying, resale, fraud, hacking attempts or misuse of payment and account systems.

8. Accuracy and Liability

We try to keep information accurate and updated, but admission notices, fees, subjects and schedules may change. Please verify critical decisions with official sources.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the platform means you accept the revised terms.
